4 Maintenance of engine
4.1 Maintenance schedule
It is recommended to maintain the SC9DF electronically controlled diesel engine according to the "Maintenance
Schedule". The maintenance interval shall be shortened appropriately in case that the diesel engine is always
operating in an area with ambient temperature lower than -18 or higher than 38, or running in dust environment,
or working in frequent stopping condition. Carry out maintenance in time, and record maintenance according to
Section 5.2. It is suggested that necessary repair and replacement be done by an authorized service provider.
