1) Remove covers, electrical components, display, cables, and misc. items and set aside.
2) Remove packing materials that secure Seakeeper assembly inside the crate.
3) Attach spreader bar (Seakeeper P/N 11015) to the two lifting eyes located on the top of
the Seakeeper enclosure. Stay clear of any other parts on the Seakeeper. The Seakeeper
9 weighs 549 kg (1250 lbs.). See Figure 4 below.
4) Remove lag bolts from the Seakeeper foundation and prepare to lift the Seakeeper from
the crate.
