If a trouble such as card jamming occurs on the card reader/writer, you are noti ed of the trouble on the screen. You cannot proceed to a play unless
you resolve the trouble at this time. First identify the trouble before you begin to take action. (Refer to the Service Manual)

Remove the truss screws. Use the key to unlock the cover and remove it.
7-3 CLEARING CARD JAMS
When attempting to perform this operation without powering down so that game play can be restored, exercise
extreme caution. Machine parts may move unexpectedly when the power is ON. This may result in ngers being
caught or severed and other injuries.

Pulling on the green shaft attached to the card R/W unlocks the
hatch lock. Remove the hatch while pulling the green shaft.

Turn the knobs to remove the stuck card.

Remove the stuck card.

Close the hatch while pulling the green shaft. With the
hatch closed, let go of the green shaft. Check that the
hatch is rmly in place. Carry out steps 1 in reverse order
and attach and lock the cover, then x it in place with the
truss screw.
