3.7.1. ASSEMBLE THE MACHINE
3.7.1.1.ASSEMBLE THE PTV
1. Place the PTV and PTV Cabinet in roughly their
final position, in close enough proximity to make
the connections shown.
It is imperative that the earth eyes are connected
to the plate at the bottom of the PTV.
2. Lift the PTV forwards onto the PTV Cabinet,
using a minimum of four workers to lift the PTV,
plus a further worker to steady the PTV Cabinet.
Use care during this exercise, as the PTV weighs
in excess of 100kg.
3. Ensure the PTV is correctly seated on the PTV
Cabinet.
