Front/Rear Gearbox Oil Change
1. Place a container
under the vehicle to collect
the waste oil.
2. Put the vehicle on
the horizontal surface and
remove the injection plug
and O ring.
3. Reinstall the
injection plug after oil
discharge is completed.
Torque to required value:
Torque
Drain Plug: 16-20N.m(11.8-14.8ft·lb)
Drain Plug: 16-20N.m(11.8-14.8ft·lb)
Add gear oil





1. Position the vehicle on a horizontal plane.
2. Place the drain tray under the demand drive unit.
3. Remove the drain plug. Allow the fluid to drain completely.
4. Clean and reinstall the drain plug.
5. Torque to desired value.
6. Add the recommended amount of oil.
7. Reinstall the drain plug.
8. Torque to desired value.
9. Check for any leakage.
10. Dispose used oil properly
