6. Installation
6.1 Location
Place the autoclave on a at, horizontal and stable surface, appropriate to
the weight of the machine.
For an ergonomic use, leave a free space of about 50cm around the machine.
To facilitate maintenance operations, it is advisable to have direct access to
all sides of the autoclave.
Immobilize the autoclave, adjusting it to the ground, by using the stops located
in the front part of the appliance, provided for that purpose.
Place the autoclave near an electrical outlet, water, and drain.
Accordingtothelegislation,theautoclavemustbelocatedinsuch

In the autoclave, the safety valve outlet points to the rear.
6.2 Connection to the water network
- You need a water tap with 3/4 thread (same as washing machines or other
appliances) (see point 3. Water installation)
- It needs a water pressure between 3 and 4 bar. If the water pressure is
greater than 4 bar, it is advisable to install a reducer.
- Connect one of the hoses between the tap and the “water inlet”.
6.3 Connection to the drain
The autoclave will eject excess steam, hot air and hot water during pasteuri-
zation / sterilization.
They should be connected to a drain, chest, open air ..., two hoses:
«CONDENSEDOUTPUT»: This hose must bermlyattachedtothe
drain, to prevent the force of the steam from removing the hose from the
drain.
