8.2. Handling calls
The following instructions describe the basic operations to handle a call with the telephone.
To: You have to:
Make a phone call using
the handset
• lift the handset and dial the telephone number
or
• press speakerphone button and dial the telephone number
or
• directly dial the telephone number, only with automatic handsfree
(1)
or
• lift the handset and press the button programmed with the number
required
or
• directly press the button programmed with the number required,
only with automatic handsfree (1).
Note: For outgoing trunk calls, the telephone number must be
preceded by the generic trunk line access digit (i.e. 0).
Make a phone call with
active automatic
Enblock
• dial the number + lift the handset + press menu/enter
or
• press speakerphone + dial the number + press menu/enter
or
• dial the number, only with automatic handsfree (1), + press menu/
enter.
Make a phone call using
a headset (2)
• press ESC and dial the telephone number
or
• press speakerphone button and dial the telephone number
or
• directly dial the telephone number, only with automatic handsfree
(1)
or
• press ESC and press the button programmed with the
number required
or
• directly press the button programmed with the number required,
only with automatic handsfree (1).
Note: For outgoing trunk calls, the telephone number must be
preceded by the generic trunk line access digit (i.e. 0).
Make a phone call from
personal directory
1. press one of the arrows buttons to access the personal directory
2. scoll the names/numbers
3. choose the name/number and confirm with menu/enter
4. make the phone call by pressing menu/enter
