8.7. Configuring function keys
Program function keys from local programming menu FUNCTION KEYS:
• Fast dial: allows you to program a function key with a contact of the local directory, even if
already programmed with another function.
• Programming keys: free function keys can be programmed with a contact name of local
address book or with a free sequence of digits (0, 1 .... 9, #, *) or with a service among those
proposed.
8.7.1. Fast dial
1. press menu/enter button
2. scroll the menu up to FUNCTION KEYS
3. press menu/enter
4. select FAST DIAL
5. press menu/enter
6. scroll the list of keys with up and down arrows and confirm by pressing menu/enter and associate the
contact number from local directory:
Call pick up The promoter is
free
To answer a call directed to another user:
1. lift the handset or press speakerphone button
2. press menu/enter button
3. select “Call pick up”
4. select the number of the user to which the call is directed
to
5. press menu/enter
Mute The promoter
has a call in
progress
You can hear the partner on a call but he cannot hear you:
1. press menu/enter button
2. select “Mute”
DTMF ON/OFF The promoter
has a call in
progress
Activate/Deactivate the DTMF dialling.
Local tel. book The promoter
has a call in
progress or is
free
Enter and execute “Local tel.book “services.
Main tel.book The promoter
has a call in
progress or is
free
Enter and execute “Main tel.book” services
Call list The promoter
has a call in
progress or is
free
Enter and execute “Call list” services.
