To: You have to:
Forwarding calls to
another number
Setting
1. press menu/enter button
2. scroll the menu up to SERVICES
3. press menu/enter
4. scroll the menu up to CALL FORWARD
5. scroll the three options:
- Forw. Always
- Forw. On busy
- Forw. On no reply
6. choose one of them and confirm with menu/enter
7. the actual data is displayed at the top of the screen while at the
bottom of the screen there is the empty field
8. enter the data required: a telephone number and a timer in
seconds (only used for the forwarding on no reply)
9. confirm with menu/enter
10. with UP and DOWN arrows select ACTIVE
11. press menu/enter to send to the system the new setting
and wait for the result of the operation on the phone screen
12. to return to the main menu, press ESC more times or wait
until the timer elapses
Note: “Forward all calls” setting is indicated in the following way on
the phone screen: [i.e. 20100-->20104]; the meaning is: all the
calls directed to 20100 will be diverted to 20104.
- The leds of keys programmed with forward on busy and on no
reply, turn on when the required service is accepted by the
system.
