• InfoPage: can only be 1. Other values are RFU.
• InfoWordAddr: starting address of the data block in the Info Page. The address is auto incremented after each data
word so that data is stored in contiguous memory locations.
• data: data block to be written in the Info Page. Data length should be a multiple of 4. The maximum value for N is 64.
2.5.3 ReadInfoPage
The command ReadInfoPage(...) reads a block of 32-bit words in Info Page flash memory space starting at a specific
word address.
• InfoPage: can only be 1. Other values are RFU.
• InfoWordAddr: starting address of the data block in the Info Page. The address is auto incremented after each data
word so that data is stored in contiguous memory locations.
• InfoReadLen: number of words to read. The maximum value for InfoReadLen is 64.
There is no check when reaching the end of Info Page. Therefore the first word of data after Info Page (at address 512) will
correspond to other LR11x flash memory data outside of the Info Page.
