7 Repeat Steps 5 and 6 for each of the other destinations that you want to
include in the Group (maximum of 100).
• To check your selected destinations, press to scroll through them. To
delete a destination, scroll to the destination and then press .
8 When you have finished storing the destinations, press .
9 Press repeatedly to exit.

1 Make sure that the date and time
display of fax mode appears (if needed
press ) and then press .
2 Press .
3 Press .
4 Press to select CLEAR.
5 Enter the number of the Group that you want to clear.
