1.7 Using the Headset
For hands-free conversation or listening to music, plug a headset to the audio jack on top
of the device.
NOTE:
• When using a headset, your ability to hear outside sounds may be limited. Do not
use a headset if it will endanger you.
• Do not set the headset volume to its maximum as it may damage your hearing.
1.8 Adjusting the Volume
To adjust the volume, use either of the two methods:
• Press the Volume Up/Down key repeatedly to adjust the volume.
• Press the Volume Up/Down key once. Then drag
the volume slider to adjust the volume.
NOTE: In volume quick menu, you can also congure
settings for incoming calls and notications

) / Mute( ) / Manner OFF( )),
adjust additional volume settings ( ), and
turn captions on and off ( / ).
