Chapter 2: The Basics
Launch the Google Assistant Screen
To view latest weather report, read personalized
news, perform search, and more, swipe right from
the left edge of the Home screen. Then tap the
prole icon (
) to log in to your Google account.
The news feed and weather report are updated
automatically or you can update them manually by
swiping down from your device screen.
NOTE: Access more Google apps on the Home
screen or access Google Assistant by pressing
the Google Assistant key on the side of your
device.
Changing the Device Settings
A complete list of device settings, such as network
connections, accounts, apps, privacy, and more are
available in Settings menu.
The Settings menu can be accessed:
• By tapping
on the Home screen or Apps screen.
• By tapping
on the quick settings panel.
