6. Power on the machine - The ARM550-700 should automatically enter the upgrade
Diagnostic mode.
7. By using the Up (Document Filing), Down (Fax/Image Send) and the Menu (Job Status)
keys, enter the desired upgrade mode for updating the firmware (Parallel. USB or
Ethernet).
8. Press OK (Start key)
The display should change to:-
Firm Update Waiting Data
9. Double click Dragon Update.exe to launch the “Update tool.
10. Click Select File, browse to the updated Firmware file and select the required Print driver
(Centronics, USB or Network)
