Is the control signal of LCD controller normal?
NO Check the control signal R/L_LINE, U/D_OUT_LINE,
FRAME_LINE, BANK_SEL_LINE, TEMP1/2/3_LINE,
QS_EN_LINE, etc.

Is VCC_3.3V, VCC_2.5V or VCC_1.5V supplied to
IC8103?

Check if IC8402(MULTI_CHANNEL_SYSTEM_POWER_SUPPLY)
and the peripheral power supply circuit are normal.
