No power (front LED failure to light up): Power ON procedure taken but no startup
Is the AC cord connector tightly connected with the set?
Is the BU+6V line (pin (1) of PD) as specified?
Replace F701 and turn on the power. If the new fuse blows out,
replace VA702, C701, C706, C0001, D0001, Q0101, Q0102,
IC0101, C0501, D0501, IC0601, Q0601 and Q0602, and try to
turn on the power.
Check the INV24V power circuit. (Q0301, Q0320, D0351, D0352,
D0353, PC0301, IC0351, Q0801, Q0820, D0851, D0852, D0853,
PC0801 and IC0851)
Check the UR15V power circuit. (Q0401, Q0420, D0451, D0452,
PC0401 and IC0451)
Remove the trouble or short-circuited spot, and check again.
Is there a voltage of about 350V at C0301 and C0401 when the
power is turned on?
Are the wire harnesses, FFCs and other cables tightly connected in
the set?
Is there a voltage in the INV24V line just after the power is turned
on?
Is there a voltage in the UR15V line just after the power is turned
on?
Reconnect the wire harnesses, FFCs and other cables tightly, and
check again.
Check the PFC circuit. (Q0101, Q0102, D0101, IC0101, Q0601,
Q0602, D0601 and IC0601)
Reconnect the connector and turn on the power again.
Does F0003 function?
Replace F0003 and turn on the power. If the new fuse blows out,
replace IC0201 and D0201 and try to turn on the power.
Is there any part in trouble or circuit short-circuited along the
BU+6V line?
YES
NO
Does F701 function?
Check the BU+6V power circuit. (D0002-3,
NTC0001, Q0201, Q0202, Q0203, Q0204,
D0204 and D0206)
