Cleaning the PT charger of the primary transfer belt unit
If black or colored lines still remain after the document glass / automatic
document feeder and main charger have been cleaned, use the PT charger
cleaner to clean the PT charger.

Press the [POWER] key ( ) on the operation panel
to turn off the panel power, and then switch the
main power switch to the off position.

Open the front cover and remove the toner
collection container.
