  If your Sharper Image Fan isn't powering on, first, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working USB outlet or AC adapter, and that the AC adapter is plugged into a functioning AC outlet. Also, make sure a fan speed setting is selected. If the outlet seems worn or damaged, try a different one. If the fan still doesn't power on, cease using it, unplug it, and contact Consumer Service for assistance.

Why is my Sharper Image SBS1-SI Fan airflow weak?

  If the airflow from your Sharper Image Fan is weak, it might be set to a low speed. Try adjusting it to a higher speed setting. Also, check if anything is blocking the airflow and remove any obstructions. You may also want to adjust the direction of the airflow towards you.
