What to do if my Sharper Image Fan doesn't turn on?

If your Sharper Image Fan isn't turning on, first ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a USB outlet or AC adapter. If you're using an AC adapter, verify it's plugged into a working AC outlet. Also, make sure the fan speed setting is properly selected. If the issue persists, cease using the unit, unplug it, and contact Consumer Service for assistance. If you are using an outlet, try another outlet for AC adapter or contact a qualified electrician.
