Fan pulley
Cooling fan
➀ Install the fan pulley and cooling fan and then V
belt.
➁ Adjust the belt tension with the alternator so that it
is deflected 5~10 mm at the middle point between
the crankshaft pulley and alternator pulley when
depressed by a finger (about 5 kg) and tighten.
Cooling fan tightening torque
8.8 – 12.7 N·m {0.9 – 1.3 kgf·m}
