7) V-Belt
(1) Inspection
Inspect the V-belts, if find the wear or some
damaged replace the V-belts and adjust the belt
tension.
(2) Removal
➀ Disconnect the wiring from the seat switch.
➁ Remove the seat and seat support.
➂ Remove the cover from the fender.
➃ Remove the bearing holder attaching bolts for input
shaft.
➄ Remove the bolt and disconnect the universal joint
by slide the input shaft to rearward.
➅ Untighten the tension U-nut for side PTO V-belts.

➆ Remove the bolts and front PTO belt cover.
➇ Turn the bearing holder for make up the gap and
remove the two V-belts from the input shaft pulley
for side PTO.
➈ Remove the sprit pin and tension wire from the
shift arm for front PTO.
➉ Remove the V-belts for front PTO.
