Theseoperatinginstructionslistthetrainingrequirementsforthevarious
eldsofactivity,asfollows:
• Skilled personnel
Duetotheirspecialisttraining,skills,andexperience,aswellastheir
knowledgeoftherelevantregulations,suchpersonsareabletoperform
tasksdelegatedtothemanddetectanypotentialdangersindependent-
ly.
• Electricians
Duetotheirspecialisttraining,skills,andexperience,aswellastheir
knowledgeoftherelevantstandardsandprovisions,suchpersonsare
abletoperformworkonelectricalsystemsanddetectanypotential
dangersindependently.
InGermany,electriciansmustmeetthespecicationsoftheBGVA3
WorkSafetyRegulations(e.g.MasterElectrician).Otherrelevantregula-
tionsapplicableinothercountriesmustbeobserved.
2.4 Operational safety and particular hazards

healthandavoiddangeroussituations.
