6.2 Individual programming
Preparation
WARNING
Only use an adapter cable that is suitable for the device (see "Facilities for connecting").
The programming tool must only be used with the designated adapter cables. Other
adapter cables are not permitted. Their use could result in damage to the programming
tool and/or the connected device.
The PGT-12 Pro must be switched off before the device is disconnected from the
electrical connection.

Connect the device to be programmed to the PGT-12-Pro (see "Connecting to the
device").
Transferring the parameter value
NOTE
Not available for sensors with interface SAE J1939.
•
Set the desired parameter value or select a value from the parameter values
provided (see "Programmable parameters").

Once the device has been programmed successfully, a confirmation message will
be displayed.
Once you have transferred all the desired parameter values, the device is fully program‐
med and ready to use.
Alternatively, if you have saved a parameter set in the internal memory or on the SD
card, you can configure the device using the Program Configuration File, functions
(Storage Access! Program from or Save to Memory/SD card menu item).
