Ist in einer aus mehreren Staffelebenen bestehenden Ver-
teilungsanlage die „ZSS” eingestellt, so fragt im Kurzschluß-
fall jeder vom Kurzschluß betroffene Schalter die ihm direkt
nachgeordneten Schalter innerhalb von 50 ms ab, ob der
Kurzschluß auch in der nächsten unteren Staffelebene auftritt.
Für die Selektivitäts-Steuerung sind die Überstromauslöser
der beteiligten Leistungsschalter untereinander durch Kom-
munikationsleitungen zu verbinden.

If, in a distribution system consisting of several grading lev-
els, the short time grading control ZSI is set, each circuit
breaker affected by a short circuit interrogates the next
breaker directly downstream within 50 ms whether the short
circuit has also occured in the next lower level. For discrim-
ination control, the overcurrent release of the circuit break-
ers involved must be mutually interconnected by means of
communication leads.
