You can choose between the two online test situations ‘Process’ and
‘Laboratory’ in which you can test your program;
S With the ‘Process’ test environment, the status of statements during a loop
run is only detected on the first loop run.
S With the ‘Laboratory’ test environment, the status of statements during a
loop run is detected on every loop run.
For our TLIGHT sample program, we will use the ‘Process’ test environment
that has already been set as the default setting.
For testing your STL program, you can select the status fields you want to
have displayed for the STL program status.
For the TLIGHT sample program, select status bit, result of logic operation
(RLO) and standard status for display. These are the default settings. You can
make this selection by clicking on the ‘Default’ button.
For testing your LAD and FBD program, you can define how you want to
display the signal flow within the networks of a block. You can select color
and line thickness for two possible cases:
S ‘Status not fulfilled’: In this case, the conditions along the current path
have not been fulfilled; no current is flowing (broken line).
S ‘Status fulfilled’: In this case the conditions along the current path have
been met; current is flowing (unbroken line).
