10. Enter the following data:
Summary: Any numbers that start with 011 and have a length of 13 digits are sent to the
server immediately. Shorter numbers with a length from 4 digits onwards are sent after a
3 seconds delay.

Digit string 011 This rule matches numbers beginning with 011. In the
USA, this digit string is the prefix international calls.
Action S When the entered digit string reaches the Minimum
length, the Timer is started. On expiry, the digit string
is sent.
Minimum length 4 When the length of the digit sequence entered by the
user reaches this value, the Timer is started.
Maximum length 13 When the length of the digit sequence entered by the
user reaches this value, the digits are sent to the server
immediately. The Timer is overridden.
Timer 3 When the length of the digit sequence entered by the
user reaches the Minimum length, the phone waits 3
seconds for further digits. If the user does not enter any
further digits, the Action is triggered.
