Hold call
Establish a second connection
You can call another number during
a call.
§Menu§ Open the call menu
Hold Put current call on hold.
Now dial the new phone number
(Addressbook F). When the new
connection is established:
§Swap§ Swap back and forth be-
tween both calls.
• End current call
B
End the current call. You
are now connected to the
other caller.
Incoming calls during a call
This function may require you
to register for this service with your
service provider and set your phone
accordingly.
You may be advised during a call that
there is another call waiting by a spe-
cial "call waiting" tone (page 69).
You have the following options:
• Accept the waiting call
§Swap§ Accept the waiting call
and put the current call on
hold to do so. Always pro-
ceed as above to swap be-
tween two calls.
• Reject waiting call
§Reject§ Reject the waiting call.
or
§Divert§ The waiting call is divert-
ed, for example, to the
mailbox.
• Accept the waiting call and end the
current call
B
End the current call.
§Answer§ Accept the new call.
