Device Information:
Name – Device description that displays in drop-down lists and graphs.
Heating Runtime Hours – Total accumulated hours the selected thermostat has been heating since its
installation.
Cooling Runtime Hours – Total accumulated hours the selected thermostat has been cooling since its
installation.
Current Conditions.
● Temperature – Current space temperature.
● Operating State – Current operating state of the thermostat.
● Low Temp Alarm – Current point value. true = ON, false = OFF.
● Temperature Unit – Degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius.
● Fault? – (Model 97-004 only) If Input 3 or Input 4 is wired for digital fault detection, then true = fault
detected, false = no fault.
● High Temp Alarm – Current point value. true = ON, false = OFF.
Current Control Settings
● Mode – Current system mode. Options are Auto, Off, Cool, Heat, Occupied, or Unoccupied.
NOTE: Whenever possible use Occupied and Unoccupied Mode to simplify scheduling.
● Cool Setpoint – Current point value. Valid range = 50°F to 90°F (10°C to 32°C).
NOTE: Use this point if a temporary override is desired.
● Heat Setpoint – Current point value. Valid range = 50°F to 90°F (10°C to 32°C).
NOTE: Use this point if a temporary override is desired.
● Low Temp Alarm Setpoint – Current point value. The trigger temperature for a low temperature alarm.
● Locked – In this state the thermostat will reject all changes to settings from on-site users, mobile app
users, web app users and from scheduled transitions . true = locked, false = unlocked.
● Fan Mode – Current fan mode setting. Options are Auto or On.
● Cool Setpoint Limit – Current point value. Valid range = 60°F to 90°F (16°C to 32°C).
● Heat Setpoint Limit – Current point value. Valid range = 50°F to 80°F (10°C to 27°C).
● High Temp Alarm Setpoint – Current point value. The trigger temperature for a high temperature
alarm.
Occupied Mode Settings
● Occupied Cool Setpoint - Cooling setpoint used during Occupied Mode. Valid range = 50°F to 90°F
(10°C to 32°C).
● Occ Low Temp Alarm Setpoint - The trigger temperature for a low temperature alarm during Occupied
Mode.
● Setpoint Override Time – The length of time a setpoint override should stay in effect. Default is 30
minutes, Maximum is 120 minutes.
● Occupied Heat Setpoint - Heating setpoint used during Occupied Mode. Valid range = 50°F to 90°F
(10°C to 32°C).
● Occ High Temp Alarm Setpoint - The trigger temperature for a high temperature alarm during
Occupied Mode.
● Occupied Setpoint Offset – The number of degrees of setpoint override that are allowed. Default is 2
degrees. If set to 0 no override is allowed. The Offset is applied as follows: Cool Setpoint Limit =
Occupied Cool Setpoint - Occupied Setpoint Offset; Heat Setpoint Limit = Occupied Heat Setpoint +
Occupied Setpoint Offset.
