Switching functions
Prerequisite:
The required function is set up!
If a dialled
internal user
is busy or if your call is not
answered, you can program an automatic callback request.
Storing a callback request:
Press the recall key.
Enter the code.
Deleting stored callback requests:
Enter the code.
You answered an external call and would like to forward it to
another user:
Press the recall key and
immediately
dial the number of the user.
Wait until the user answers the call or
press the on-hook key immediately
Return forwarded call:
Press the recall key.
Automatic callback
Note:
● The
system calls you back
when the user
– becomes free or
– makes another call
●
Up to two callback requests
can be stored
.
No further callback requests can be stored if two
callback requests have already been stored for the
called party.
Forwarding calls
Note:
If the forwarded call was not answered, the system per-
forms an automatic "recall".

You are conducting an internal or external call and would
like to obtain some information from an internal or external
user:
Press the recall key, immediately dial
the number of the subscriber and con-
duct the consultation call.
Ending a consultation:
Press the recall key.
You can shuttle between the two users during a consultation
call:
Enter the code.
You can shuttle between the users as
often as you like by entering the code
again.

Note:
● The shuttle function cannot be performed with a
voice
mail system info box
.
● Pressing the on-hook key cancels the shuttle function.
The system performs an automatic recall if a user is
still waiting on the line.

This function allows you to set up a telephone conference
with up to five users
.
You are conducting a call and wish to set up a telephone
conference with a further user:
Press the recall key and
immediately
dial the number of the subscriber.
Press the recall key.
Enter the code for "conference" –
the
current number of users is displayed,
e.g. "3"; all three users are now con-
nected.
You can now
●
add other users:
Repeat the procedure.
●
end the conference:
Press
