Using the directory and lists on the handset

Setting the message key flashing
Precondition: There is still at least one
new entry in one of the lists.
f Open calls list.
Set Message LED
Select and press
§OK§.
a Press and hold (idle status).
After opening a list and exiting the menu,
the light of the message key f will
switch off automatically.
Calls list
Precondition: Call Line Identification
(CLIP, page 14)
The numbers of the last 30 incoming calls
are stored. Depending on the set Calls List
Type All Calls or only Missed Calls are stored.
Several calls from the same number are
saved several times in list type
u All Calls.
u Missed Calls saved once (the last call).
The calls list is displayed as follows:
Number of new entries + number of old, read
entries

Missed Calls/ All Calls
Select and press
§OK§ (‰ =on).
a Press and hold (idle status).
The calls list entries are retained when you
change the list type.
Answering machine list
You can listen to the messages on the
answering machine via the answering
machine list.
The answering machine list is displayed
as follows if only one mailbox is acti-
vated:
Number of new messages + number of old,
read messages
The lists of the individual mailboxes are
displayed if several mailboxes are acti-
vated. Example:

f Press.
Calls List: / Ans M.: / Mailbox 1: 01+02
Select and press
OK if neces-
sary.
q Select entry.
The last call received is displayed in the
calls list.
The first new message received is dis-
played in the answering machine list.
The playback starts.
New messages are sorted in after the old
messages after you have listened to them.
