Setting pause times
Changing pause after line seizure
You can set the length of the pause
inserted between pressing the Talk key
c and sending the number.
v Open the menu.
5 4 O 1 L
Press keys.
~ Enter the number for the
pause length (1 = 1 sec.;
2 = 3 sec.; 3 = 7 sec) and
press
§OK§.
Changing the pause after R key
You can change the length of the pause
when your PABX requires (see PABX User-
Guide).
v Open the menu.

Press keys.
~ Enter number for the pause
length (1 =800ms;
2 = 1600 ms; 3 = 3200 ms)
and press
§OK§.
Changing the dialling pause
(pause after prefix)
Precondition: You have saved a prefix
(page 60).
v Open the menu.

Press keys.
~ Enter number for the pause
length (1 = 1 sec.; 2 = 2 sec.;
3 = 3 sec.; 4 = 6 sec.) and
press
§OK§.
Switching temporarily to
tone dialling (DTMF)
If your PABX still operates with dial pulsing
(DP) but tone dialling (DTMF) is necessary
for a connection (e.g. for listening to the
T-NetBox) you have to switch over to tone
dialling for the call.
Precondition: You are making a call or
have already dialled an external number.
v Open the menu.
Tone Dialing Select and press
§OK§.
The tone dialling is only acti-
vated for this connection.
