Managing directory entries
Opening the directory
¤ Menu key v. ¤[ œ Contacts] or
¤ Touch [ œ Contacts] on the dial page or during a call.
Creatinga new entry
¤ Open directory. ¤ Touch [d New Entry]. ¤Enter
the components of the entry (touch
’ next to the
component concerned).
¤Confirm a component with
è or [
¿ Select] as necessary.
¤ Add caller picture: ¤Touch . ¤Select picture with
ë/ê and touch [
¿ Select].
¤ Touch [ è Save].
highlights the standard number of the entry that is
automatically selected when you touch the directory
entry.
Viewing entries
¤ Open directory. ¤ Touch ’ next to an entry to open
the detail view.
Editing entries
¤ Touch [ N Edit] in the detail view.
- Edit/delete name, surname or number:
¤Touch ’. ¤ If necessary, touch the correspond-
ing field.
¤ Enter/edit name/number. ¤ Confirm with è.
- Assign a VIP ringtone or delete a birthday:
¤Touch ’ next to Add Caller Ringtone/
Add Birthday.
¤Touch [ ÷ No Ringtone]/[ þ No Birthday].
- Delete assignment of a caller picture:
¤Touch the caller picture. ¤Touch [ ^ No Picture].
- Edit standard number:
¤To activate a number other than a standard number, touch
next to this number.
¤Touch [ è Save].
Deleting an entry
¤ Touch [ ü Delete] in the detail view. ¤ Press Yes to confirm.
