Picking up a held call
A colleague in an open-plan office has put a call on hold
on a line key and requests you (verbally) to take over the
call. Your telephone does not have a key for this line.
C Lift the handset.
Select and confirm.
E Enter the station number of the telephone at which the
call was held. You automatically pick up this call.
Forwarding calls for lines
I f you activa te call forwarding for a line that ca n also be
accessed at other telephones, the call forwarding func-
tion applies to all line keys belonging to this line.
Storing and activating variable
call forwarding for a line
Press the line key, for example, for line 3235.
With the call forwarding key:
Press the key. The lamp lights up.

line are identical with the call forwarding types descri-
