The Siemens Switch MindConnect Element might fail to onboard to Insights Hub due to several network connection issues. These include an invalid or already existing IP address, a disabled or misconfigured proxy, an offline proxy, an interrupted connection, or a missing internet connection when using DHCP. Additionally, firewalls blocking MindConnect Elements or a damaged company router could be the cause. Check your configured IP and Proxy to ensure they are valid. Also, examine the physical connections, including your company’s router and Ethernet cables.
