System Messages
The following message appears in the Push Button Panel display when the
unit is starting up:
PPxx Vy.y
START
When the start-up routine has been completed and communication with the
PLC has begun, the following message appears in the Push Button Panel dis-
play:
PPxx Vy.y
READY
These messages contain the following information:

The following table should help to determine the cause of Error LED signals:
Signal Cause Remedy
LED flashes
(Normal operation)
The unit is in Lamp/Key test mode. Terminate the Lamp test by
S releasing the corresponding key,
or
S resetting the corresponding bits
in the PLC.
LED lights up
(Hardware test mode)
Hardware test mode is displayed. Restart the unit or terminate Hard-
ware test mode via the menu.
LED lights up
(Normal operation)
The unit has detected a communica-
tion or hardware error.
Note the error message in the dis-
play.
