Two holes for M5 screws are provided for mounting the antenna. The antenna is suitable for
mounting on metallic and non-metallic surfaces.
Note
A
Achieving optimum wave propagat
o achieve optimum wave propagation, the antenna should not be surrounded by conducti
bjects. The area between antenna and transponder should also allow wave propagation
ithout interference.
Note
A
Antenna gain depends on the mounting surface
N
ote that the antenna gain depends on the material of the mounting surface. If the antenna
mounted on a metallic surface, the antenna gain is -5 dBi. If the antenna is mounted on a
on-metallic surface, the antenna gain is -10 dBi.
