CE approval
The following applies to the SIMATIC product described in this documentation:
EMC directive
This product meets the requirements of EU Directive "2014/30/EU, Electromagnetic
Compatibility" and is designed for operation in the following fields of application according to
the CE marking:

EN 61000-6-3 EN 61000-6-1
In addition, the standards EN 61000–3–2 (harmonic currents) and EN 61000-3-3 (voltage
fluctuation and flicker) are observed.
Low-voltage directive
This product meets the requirements of EU Directive 2014/35/EU "Low-Voltage Directive".
Conformance with this standard has been verified according to EN62368-1.
RoHs directive
This product meets the requirements of RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU "Restriction of the use
of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment". Compliance with the
directive has been reviewed according to the following standard: EN 50581.
