Lifting using lifting slings
Unintentional change of the geared motor position causing it to fall
If you lift and transport the geared motor using lifting slings, as a result of unfavorable
center of gravity situation or if the lifting slings break, then the geared motor can fall and
cause severe injury.
• Only use lifting slings that are in perfect condition and that can carry the load.
• Only use the lifting slings so that unintentional position changes that could cause the
motor to fall are completely ruled out.
Do not attach the lifting slings to the motor connector.
