1. The preclamping gage is applied to the measurement position and removed again.
Result
The test is passed if the preclamping gage can be removed again easily.
3.1.10 Pipes of the heat-exchanger unit
Fundamentals
A visual inspection is conducted to ascertain whether the hoses and pipes for the coolant have
been correctly installed and a restrictor tube is provided at the intended locations.
Test procedure
1. The following is inspected:
– Does the cable installation match the layout diagram and pipe diagram?
– Are restrictor tubes provided at the intended locations?
Result
The test is passed if the hoses and pipes have been correctly installed and match the diagrams.
