9 Connection Notes
The current connections of this device are designed as RJ45 sockets, and
screw terminals are used for wiring the other system components.
Additionally, serial interfaces may be present which are to be connected
by wires or by optical fiber. The line towards the voltage transformer must
be calibrated together with the voltage transformer. The line length
between low-power current transformers and 7SJ81/7SK81 must not
exceed 10 meters. When using separate low-power current transformers
and low-power voltage transformers (no combined transformers), you
must use a Y cable.
