Brightness, contrast and back light 1

Requirements
• The basic unit and monitor cart are connected to each other. The Memoskop is
synchronized by the VIDEOMED DC camera.
• At the MEMOSKOP, call up the SMPTE test pattern. (Technical setup)
• At the Memoskop keyboard, select the brightness/contrast curve LUT 2 for both
displays.
Adjustments
• At the MEMOSKOP, LUT2 must be selected for both monitors
• Activate the OSD menu on the TFT display.
• Scroll to the menu "Picture Setup" with the "UP" and "DOWN" key and select it with the
"Enter" key.
• Scroll to the corresponding line Brightness, Contrast or Back light intensity with the "UP"
and "DOWN" key and select it with the "Enter" key.
• Set Brightness, Contrast and Back light intensity to the middle value "50%" and confirm it
by pressing the "Enter" key.

For the adjustment, set the OSD time to "Off"
(permanent visible OSD menu) by selecting the OSD menu
"Options" - "Onscreen Menu" - "OSD Time".
After the adjustments, set it back to the default value
(20 seconds).
For correct adjustments of the brightness, contrast and
back light intensity, the TFT Display needs a warmup phase of 20
minutes.
The MEMOSKOP brightness/contrast curve LUT2 must be
selected for both displays.
