Short-circuit protection for type of coordination 2 according to EN 60947-4-1
Short-circuit protection must be provided by separately arranged overcurrent protection
devices.
When combining with other contactors, observe the respective maximum fuse protection of
the contactor for type of coordination 2.
Observe dimensioning of conductor cross-sections
An impermissibly high cable surface temperature must be avoided by correctly
dimensioning the cross sections.
An adequate conductor cross section must be chosen for heavy starting (CLASS 20 and
CLASS 30).
