Devices of type OXYMAT 6 or OXYMAT 61 or OXYMAT 7 emit magnetic stray 󹪝elds. This is why
reason magnetically sensitive devices should not be installed in the immediate vicinity of these
devices.
• Keep a distance in such cases. This distance can be up to 50 cm depending on the sensitivity
of the a󹪜ected device.

CAUTION
Damage to the optics
If sensors are to be purged, they must not be mounted until the purging medium is available
and connected.
• Never switch o󹪜 the purge function after purging, otherwise the wedge optics can easily be
damaged.
