"E:36 / -10"
Cause and Troubleshooting
▶ Remove unauthorized extensions to the water drain
hose.

Pump cover is not fully screwed in.
▶ Make sure that the pump cover is screwed into the
device as far as it will go. The handle of the pump
cover must be vertical.
"H:32" The imbalance detection system has stopped the spin
cycle due to uneven distribution of the laundry.
▶ Redistribute the laundry in the drum.
Remark:If possible, place large and small items of
laundry together in the drum. Laundry of different
sizes is distributed better during the spin cycle.
"E:30 / -10" and/or Water pressure is low.
No solution possible.
The strainers in the water supply are clogged.
▶ Clean the strainers in the water supply.
Water tap is closed.
▶ Open the water tap.
Water supply hose is kinked or pinched.
▶ Make sure that the water supply hose is not
kinked or trapped.
Water level measuring system defective.
Remark:With the error message, the device starts a
pump-down procedure.
1.First wait approx. 5 minutes until the pumping procedure
has finished.
2.To reset the error message, turn off the device.
3.Turn the device back on.
4.If the error message appears again, please contact
the service.

The voltage monitoring system detects an
impermissible voltage drop.
▶ No solution possible.
Remark:When the supply voltage has stabilized, the
program continues normally.
