Power on:
Press the power button to turn on the device.
When the device is turned on, it starts to make self-diagnosis internally and the full screen is
in display. After this, appropriate operation should be carried out.
Power off:
Press the power button for one second to turn off the device.
NOTICE!
To ensure correct operation of the device, it is recommended to turn off the device for
5 seconds and then restart the instrument.
Automatic Power-off:
The device will automatically turn itself off after 15 minutes without any action. Follow the
steps below to disable the Auto Power-off function:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press simultaneously the power and mA%/V buttons to turn on the device.
3. When the LCD shows all its contents, release the mA%/V button
The device enters into the setting mode, and the symbols AP-XX appear in the LCD.
4. Press the / button to activate or deactivate the power-off function.
AP-OF indicates that automatic power-off is disabled.
AP-ON indicates that automatic power-off is enabled.
5. Press the 100%/START button to save the setting.
6. Turn off the device again to exit from the setting function.
5 Output from EC mAV 2
The output terminal of the device generates direct current set by the user or simulates a
transmitter.
CAUTION! Material damage!
If any improper voltage is applied to the output terminal, it will cause damage to the in-
ternal circuit.
Do not any apply voltage to the output terminal during the operation.
