11.2 The start menu
This menu appears after switching on the “Monsieur Cuisine connect”. In this
menu, you set the values for the time, speed, anti-clockwise rotation and the de-
sired temperature. You can also select the scale and start turbo.

27 Set and display time (1 second to 99 minutes)
28 Set the speed // Displays for

- Turbo: turbo appears in the display

- Use of the mixing unit forbidden:
- Scale: the weight in grams from 0 to 5,000 g and Tara
29 Select CookingPilot (recipes for guided cooking)
30 Set target temperature and display actual/target temperature (temperature: 37 °C - 130 °C)
31 Select the settings menu
32 Activate scale - display up to 5,000 g with tare function
33 Start the function or the program
Pause active. Press the button to restart the process
34 Anti-clockwise rotation or clockwise rotation (blade) set
35 Stop running function and display the presets
36 Turbo button; must remain pressed, immediately starts the highest speed (if possible)
