Selecting stations
♦ In DAB+ radio mode, press the TUNE+button 8 or the TUNE–button 7
to select a DAB+ radio station from the station list.
Alternatively, after pressing the TUNE+button 8 or the TUNE–button 7,
you can use the VOLUME |
ENTER / SCAN dial 6 to select a
station from the station list.
♦ Press the VOLUME |
ENTER/SCAN dial 6 to play back the
selected station.
Manual station selection
NOTE
► To set stations manually, you need to know the multiplex number or the
frequency of the DAB+ radio station you want to tune in, so that you can
select it from the station list.
The Manual tune function allows you to adjust the signal strength and thus the
reception quality of a DAB+ radio station.
♦ In DAB+ radio mode, press the INFO/MENU button
4 for about
2 seconds to call up the DAB settings menu.
♦ Press the TUNE+
8 or TUNE−7 button several times or turn the
VOLUME |
ENTER / SCAN dial6 until Manual tune appears
on the display 1.
♦ Press the VOLUME |
ENTER/SCAN dial6 to confirm the selection.
The display 1 shows the multiplex numbers and frequencies of the DAB+
radio stations. The station name of receivable DAB+ radio stations is
displayed next to the frequency.
♦ Press the TUNE+
8 or TUNE− 7 button to select a station.
♦ Press the VOLUME |
ENTER/SCAN dial6 to confirm the selection.
The display 1 shows the station signal strength as a bar graph.
♦ Move the telescopic aerial
0 or change the location of the device to
improve the signal strength of a station.
Pay attention to the bars showing the signal strength. For optimum signal
strength, the bars should be as high as possible.
