SIME sprinklers are
warranted for one year
fromdateoforiginalsale
against defects in ma-
terial and workmanship
only, when used within
the SIME working spe-
cication.Theobbligation
underwarrantyis limited
tothereplacementofparts
thathavefailedinnormal
service and has been
dulyreportedbySIMEor
SIMEagent,andassume
noresponsabilityfor any
losscausedbytheblock
ofactionofsprinklers.
Noallowancewillbemade
for labor for removal or
replacementofsaidparts,
norfor any travelto and
fromtheproducttomake
saidrepairswithoutprior
authority of SIME and
the manufacturer will no
be liable for any crop or
damages resulting from
any defect or breach of
warranty.
The manufacturer can
modifyorchangepartsof
allitsproductswithoutany
obbligationorliability.
