16 Accessories
16.1 Battery set
A set of batteries with replacement batteries is available for SmartHandle
SO, which contains ten CR2450 batteries.
16.2 British Oval adapter
An adapter for the cylinder opening is also required when a British Oval
mortise lock is used in conjunction with the snap-in version.
This can be ordered at any time; see price list.
Installation: Push the adapter over the snap-in mechanism before the
mechanism is pushed through the mortise lock.
16.3 Sleeves
Two different sleeves are available for mortise locks with a required spindle
length of 8.5mm or 10mm:
8 mm --> 8.5 mm
8 mm --> 10 mm
Installation
Push the sleeves through the mortise lock from the inner side.
The sleeves for the 10mm retainer slot are part of the supply if a
SmartHandle is ordered with 10mm spindle.
16.4 Handles
All handle variants (for the inside and outer side) are available separately
as accessories.
16.5 Covers
All covers (for the inside and outer side) are available separately as
accessories.
