Switch 7 on switch package S2 should ALWAYS be CLOSED. If switch 8 (used only on revisions H through K)
is OPEN, no LEDs will light during a power loss (unless this switch is overridden by the manual switch on the
control panel marked ENABLE DISPLAY). If switch 8 is CLOSED, LEDs on the SCC will continue to be illuminated
during a power failure regardless of the manual switch position on the control panel.
Jumper package J6 (Figure 14) will have a jumper which will select the proper baud rate for the SCC. This must
match the baud rate selected for the communications channel (see Figure 1). This baud rate is USUALLY 4800
baud.

FIGURE 14
There are two eyelets on the controller board labeled 1 and 2. These are located approximately in the middle of
the controller board. During normal operation, there will be no jumper between these two points. A jumper (the
WRITE jumper) is installed ONLY during SCC programming operations.
Switch Sl is a reset switch used after SCC programming is complete and the WRITE jumper has been removed.
